Had a couple of these over an English muffin with sauteed spinach for breakfast today. Expensive so not something I'd buy often but they were good.

My biggest obstacle to getting home is my inability to stand without help because my legs aren't strong enough to push myself up. Today they put me on this contraption and it was the best and most helpful workout they've given me. So why haven't they been using it before now??
