Ugh. Apparently I'm sleeping 2 hours less than I need. Then I'm napping. It's not helping.
Man, (safely) quitting opioids suuuucks. When I'm done and off them, it might just be the hardest thing I've ever done.
I'm just lucky my mental health is at a place where I can do this.

I've been introduced to 2 life changing meds: prazosin and Latuda.
Prazosin made it so that I didn't have recurring PTSD night terrors any more.
Latuda (combined with my other meds) actually made me feel like a "normal" person. How I imagine they feel, anyway.
It gets better

If I got a cat, Katty Kay would be their shortened, cutesy name. Cathromar the Orange would be their wizard name. Catherine-Mary, Queen of the Emberfeline Region would be their full name.
