I think I’ve found the dissertation writing promised land - a cafe a 3 min walk from my house that has breakfast AND lunch food, plays 2010s hipster music, has tons of tables and 2 bathrooms 🥹 it’s beautiful and I’m never leaving

Why does diving back into my archive notes after a couple months feel the same as actually reading archival documents?? I can’t read the handwriting and there are all these weird abbreviations everywhere… the early modern is calling from inside the house
