TL;DR: to stop Google from using your emails to train it's AI:
1. go to gmail settings general tab (first tab)
2. scroll down to Smart features and Google Workspace smart features.
3. Turn off Google Workspace first
4. Uncheck smart features

The Finch App has won me over after only 3 days. Besides, you have to sub to Tiimo to get features that most other apps offer for free.
It’s interactive, fun, wholesome, and keeps me on task while nurturing myself and this super cute birb. ♥️ #Finch #selfcare

Checking out Finch app to see if it’s better than Tiimo. The biggest setback that Tiimo has: it doesn’t respect night shift. Finch does… so, tbh, Finch is winning just for that.
