How is the fact that this intersection exists in my hometown not common knowledge?

If you have not read the LOTR series, I highly recommend it. Read it together with the family! There is much more to the story than in the movies. It is an excellent parable for how much can be done to stem the tide of evil when good, kind regular folk work together.

I grew up in the 70's severely allergic to milk. This was the only non-dairy item on the market. I'm much happier today.

I work in circular economy. Last night we got takeout from a local major grocer. This morning, I couldn't figure out what to do with the containers. The website says PE lined. Despite advertising, I doubt it's recyclable or compostable. I emailed the supplier; I'll let you know how it goes!
