They didn’t play EITHER hyper enough or crossed wires, the set was surprisingly heavy on foolish and no pocky for kitty! But honestly really great set, fantastic time, big smiles.

A while back on Instagram a guy followed me that was wearing one of those hats that’s the American flag but with guns instead of stripes, so I thought I should do something with my platform to let those people know where I stand.

Friday, April 11th at 12 noon eastern. High gain distortion inspired by a certain 90s space rock band.

Turn this puppy up and it feels like getting kicked in the chest by a racehorse.

Got punchy, traded in some amps I wasn’t using, ended up with a Marshall 2210 from 1984 covered in carpet.

My next pedal comes out pretty soon.

The Verbs from Poly Effects is an incredible collection of reverbs that are captures of actual spaces and devices instead of just digital emulations of the styles.

I always thought “I have the Caroline shigeharu, I don’t really need the Hawaiian Pizza.” I was wrong, this pedal is just pure funstortion. Plus I got this awesome variant.

Soundwave Breakdown from @deathbyaudio.bsky.social showed me that pedals can be anything. You want to make a pedal that goes from noisy screeching fuzz to oscillating noise? Go for it. Pedals can be anything.

First I want to talk about @chasebliss.bsky.social onward. A rare pedal that doesn’t just facilitate getting a sound you want, rather gives you something new and opens your playing in ways you wouldn’t expect and likely haven’t experienced before.

Honestly not that bad

I’m raffling off Slow Loris #500 and donating the proceeds to The Trevor Project. You can enter as many times as you want, raffle ends on the 14th.

This is wild

I was feeling a little punchy the other day (surprise surprise) so I ordered one of these. It’s nonsense of course, and that’s why I bought it.

These are a little weird but pretty tasty. But what is golden sriracha? These taste a LITTLE like sriracha, they have some decent heat but also some definite sweetness (maybe a tiny bit too much sweetness?), they’re somewhere between spicy sweet chili Doritos and Hot Mustard Doritos. 8/10

Well I guess the first step in making this useful is to actually use it. So hey, I make pedals and eat snacks. You can find the pedals for sale on the internet at nonhumanaudio.com and sometimes I will post about snacks.

The new pedal is a looooot of work, but I think it’s good. But I’ve never been more tempted to learn surface mount layouts tbh, it’s a time saver but also less fun/I think people appreciate the hand built *thing*
