That said, shitty wages suck and indie bookstore owners can be awful too. I have worked for an indie bookstore that paid under the table and under minimum wage. The owner was a douchebag too.

I'm still more pissed about Amazon because they HAVE the money to pay better wages and won't because then Jeff might not be able to shoot rockets into space.
