Yesterday I had to euthanize my little buddy of 10 1/2 years. Axel was riddled with cancer, had growths all over his body, had difficulty breathing, and barely ate anything. When he still had all of his legs, he'd hop on his hind legs to headbutt my hand when I bent over to pet him after work.
