As a fun Friday math activity, we are doing some Alien math. Teacher friends, I offered this slide to generate some thinking with their first task of writing the first 100 numbers. Would you say the two sentences are correct?

Hats off to my student who suggested we could save a line in our @desmos.bsky.social creation using the list inline rather than assigning it to a variable.

If line efficiency is your thing, it was a nice suggestion I had never considered!

Saw the first image in a staff meeting yesterday an got to thinking about the second image…

Suppose the area of the black disk is 1. What is the sequence of areas of expanding colored regions?
