Frankly, the Twilight Princess hat was Link's best hat because the character designers decided to make it absurdly long. More hat equals better hat. If Link is not tripping over that thing in the next game, I do not want it.

The sequel gave Isaac a voice, and it did not suffer for it either. There are also slight story changes towards the end of the remake that make way more sense than the original. It might have not been the most necessary remake, but it was still a really good one. The game plays and looks amazing.

I played the original Dead Space when it was new. Borrowed it from my brother. Loved it back then. I got around to playing the remake this year. Isaac being voice acted makes a huge difference in a positive way. Instead of people telling him how to do his job, he comes up with the ideas.

I have an endless list of gripes about Animal Crossing, but I have invested maybe thousands of hours into it. I will continue to do so.

Being critical of a piece of media that you enjoy, knowing that it may remain the same despite your misgivings, but loving it all the same; it is a healthy approach that I wish more people will consider. Critiques do not equal hate, and creators benefit most from feedback given in good faith.

I personally like to say, "Came down with a bad case of the deads." It makes it clear that the person is, in fact, dead. The levity sets it up like you are talking about a cold, and then bam.

Imagine how it must feel to contribute so much art that gets ignored every day only to finally create a hit that is quickly ripped out of your hands and gets scraped up by the slop generators. So many even go through the trouble of scrubbing the signatures and bylines. For what reason? Too few care.

Maybe it does not seem niche to some people, but people often get little credit for their ideas. There is this widespread notion that everything on the Internet belongs to everyone, even when some basic recognition is the source of the creators' livelihood. Many could not care less.

Oh, but the way my teacher reacted when I cited slavery as the main cause of the Civil War. She was not having it, even though it is common knowledge. Everything that I learned since I graduated has further proven that point, though.
