Honestly, this idea that it's "cheaters" who make disability accommodations, SSDI, etc etc tougher is nonsense. The number of people gaming the system is always, ALWAYS dwarfed by the people who need accommodations and don't get them.

Why?

Because that's how the system is designed!

The policy implications are clear. We need:
✅ Clean Air in schools so kids don't catch #Covid several times a year
✅ To direct JCVI to look again at the costs & benefits of vaccinating kids, including #LongCovid risks
✅ Free vax access
✅ Honest communication of real & serious risks to kids.
New Data Shows COVID-19 Infection Much Worse For Children Than the Vaccine
"The risk following vaccination is substantially lower than the risk following infection".

My understanding is it gets absorbed in the intestines (so the nattokinase should be enteric coated). I have reduced GI motility due to dysautonomia, so felt time through the stomach was probably unpredictable, so I take mine at bedtime.

Anything to do with iron/anaemia (I've seen you refer to them quite often, but would love a 'full picture/theory' version!)

I suppose the only other factor is that more exertion doesn't expand what you're capable of, the way it does for healthy people. Try to push at that 'border' at which PEM occurs, and you get PEM, period.
