Absolutely relate to the no clothing/bedding helping! Can't say if a hot shower would help as I get too POTsy from them, so I rely on heated blankets etc. When I tried a continuous temperature sensor you could clearly see the change as I got up/lay down. My temperature rarely as high as 36° now!

When I was first diagnosed with Long Covid, I came across this @bmj.com article written by...er, Paul Garner emphasising pacing & highlighting the disbelief those with ME/CFS have faced for decades :

A favourite place to visit for us is Follestone. Here's the massive concrete Harbour Arm. At low tide, you can go down steps to view Anthony Gormley's sculpture 'A Place in Time XVIII', which looks out towards Dover.

This was a special path for me this year. I've always loved woods. We discovered this small wood that had a track that my wheelchair could access. It was the first time I had been in woods since becoming ill - around 4 years.

This tree is visible from my house. It looks especially great in the evenings when the light shines on it in a particular way making it seem illuminated. It also often seems to be in the centre of rainbows! Here it is, silhouetted against an aurora sky in May.

That explains the headache, then.
