You made a convincing case that I was missing out on your critical updates and (more importantly) Bluesky zingers

Updates include: drag and drop file upload, output directory selection, support of multiple MS levels, negative ion mode, fixing some bugs related to non-US keyboards/text formatting, mzML file support for the Ynaught module, and condensed or expanded charge state reporting in Ynaught.

We made several updates that addressed very useful comments from the reviewers and input from others in the community.

We did not yet! Most of our glyco enrichments happen at the peptide level after trypsin digestion, so we were curious how the NP protein-level enrichment would pair with that. We are currently thinking about protein-level effects toward your point, but nothing to share at this point.
