Updates include: drag and drop file upload, output directory selection, support of multiple MS levels, negative ion mode, fixing some bugs related to non-US keyboards/text formatting, mzML file support for the Ynaught module, and condensed or expanded charge state reporting in Ynaught.

We did not yet! Most of our glyco enrichments happen at the peptide level after trypsin digestion, so we were curious how the NP protein-level enrichment would pair with that. We are currently thinking about protein-level effects toward your point, but nothing to share at this point.
