Borrower Defense to Repayment is a federal rule that protects students who took out loans to attend a school that misled them or committed fraud by lying about things like job placement rates, the true cost of attendance, or whether it was accredited.

I will continue to fight against Donald Trump’s reckless, and in many instances, illegal attempts to gut the federal government. He is testing our system of checks and balances like they haven’t been tested in my lifetime. The fight continues.

How do you train medical professionals without using the word "gender"? We need to hold ALL leaders accountable, not just those in Congress. Our military is key in maintaining our rights. They swore to protect the Constitution. At what point will any of them take a stand???
