Welp, “Five bullets” 2.0 is going about as well as can be expected. Some can’t send it encrypted while some can. Folks from Commerce are getting the request email from Pete Hegseth at DoD. And someone had their personal health info sent to 15,000 people. ACES!

If you were looking for a unified theory explaining the last 20 years of Supreme Court politics, you could do a lot worse than “Citizens United was a direct reaction to Obama winning, and Shelby County was a direct reaction to Obama winning again”

The GOP keeps calling itself as a working-class party. But their budget plan calls for huge tax cuts for the ultra-wealthy and slashing programs that help the working-class.

Don't fall for their rebrand.

One of the best things about the US is that we do not suspend the Constitution for disfavored groups. Doing so would be a recipe for government abuse & would 100% lead to innocent people being wrongly targeted. Nancy Mace's claim is both legally illiterate & un-American.

The Supreme Court has repeatedly ruled that people in the US unlawfully are entitled to rights under the Constitution. This is basic stuff. Not sure if Nancy Mace somehow doesn't know or is just acting like she doesn't to get attention, but neither option reflects well.

DOGE has seized access to huge troves of sensitive personal and national security information – and can’t even set up its own website securely.

When DOGE fails to protect that data, it puts us all in danger.
