The 2026 election should be about whether as a country we're willing to have our fellow Kiwis go without or have substandard food & housing. National may talk about "individual responsibility", but that doesn't mean we get to ignore it when it happens.

As we approach the anniversary of March 15 it is important to remember that one of the things to come out of that was that lawmakers came together and banned high powered semiautomatic weapons. Only the ACT Party voted against it.
