Population 1,3 million. Their absolute numbers are so small that a small spike looks big percentage-wise, and I'd guess they have a lot of highway traffic from out of country because of the whole Baltic Corridor thing, so the number of drivers is relatively higher.

The thing about Baby's First Cyberpunk is that the first rule of cyberpunk is Style Before Substance, and if they nail that, I'm fine with the rest of it. Also having substance is better, but delivering a solid entertainment is good enough. And at least the first ep nailed it.
