The fatigue, dizziness, and muscle weakness after my latest COVID reinfection has been extreme. Can't move much and barely have enough energy for breathing.

My usual tricks — NAD+, GSH, Mg, Zn, B vitamins, MDPs — aren't helping, either. Any ideas?
