If I remember rightly, it was months before they even searched the offices of the companies concerned. A number of people should be doing a lot of years for that, instead of which, no-one even got charged.

He hasn't been charged with any drugs offences so that would suggest he wasn't on any.

He only spent 4 years in the Marines many years ago. There is no reason to think it was panic, more like road rage. Apparently he was speeding and ran a red light some time before getting to the crowds then he got into the area by sneaking through the cordon behind an ambulance.

Maybe he just has a memory span of 2 weeks, so by the time he should be doing it, he's forgotten he said it.

According to Mary Trump, and she is well-placed to know, once he sees his end coming (bankruptcy, prison, death etc.) he will take as many people down with him as possible. That doesn't just mean associates, it means anyone.

This is one of many scandals of the covering up of child abuse networks or individuals that used their position to abuse numerous children. Every time someone gets away with it, somewhere else someone thinks it can be covered up rather than stopped and punished.

The fact that standing for these posts required a £5K deposit pretty much guaranteed they would either go to major parties or people with lots of money. It was taking control away from the elected councils and putting it in the hand of one person.

Ubuntu is a free computer operating system, with a free office suite equivalent with MS Office that can read MS files and save as MS files. Why anyone pays to use Microsoft is beyond me. So if you're looking to boycott these companies, there's one to start with.

When you wonder why Charles had Trump driven around in a gold carriage. When he is a convicted felon, proven rapist, serial liar and lifelong conman who threatened one of his dominions. You have to remember that Trump has access to the Epstein files and wonder what they say about Andrew.

In Britain it was labelled "No Tyrants" just to make it clear. The UK king has little real power, whilst they rubber stamp laws etc. they never use that power to go against Parliament.

You seem to completely ignore the fact that she would still have to be elected by the population and that she would have followed the constitution and not taken power from Congress to rule by Presidential decree.

Does the Coast Guard work that far from US waters? Anyhow, the navy are down there, they could intercept and confiscate any drugs, not sure that either the US Navy or Coast Guard can arrest in international waters.

Not all kings are ceremonial and Trump very much wants his idea of a king, someone with complete authority and a lot of pomp and ceremony.

But he wants to be seen as a king and it is important for the US to remind people they fought a revolutionary war to get rid of kings because all the things they are against are the same thing that inspired people to fight King George.

If they had clearly visible numbers like the UK police do, so that they could be held to account for wrongdoing then there would be no need to dox them. As it is they are breaking laws with impunity and this sort of action is the only way they might be held accountable.

Segregation was still going strong in WW2, in fact in the UK the US Army tried to force English bars near US bases to be segregated. It didn't go down well. In Bamber Bridge all the pubs in town put up signs saying "Black GIs Only".
