Plenty of people in the UK are against the monarchy, but there is no mechanism to get rid of them.

Well, yes, but there isn't an authority in the US that is actually interested in prosecuting people in the Epstein files.

The arrest of Don Lemon is textbook fascismβ€”a brazen attempt to silence reporting on a criminal regime. Stand up for Don, because our rights stand and fall with those of courageous journalists throughout this country.

So, they're doing Close Protection for US officials, not general security. I'm trained in Close Protection, it is a very specific discipline that needs specialized training and a certain type of people. It is nothing short of bonkers to use ICE agents for this.

I've had Ubuntu for over a decade, have to use MS Windows at work and absolutely hate it. MS keeps changing everything so you're constantly having to adapt for a start, it is less reliable and updates when it want to rather than when you want to. A reminder to the news media: β€œconflicting accounts” is what you say BEFORE the incontrovertible video evidence appears. After that, your job is to ask why one side is lying, not to repeat the lie and pretend no one knows the truth.

I think it would be best promoting the volcanic aspects of Iceland, after all, Trump thinks wind-turbines are dangerous.

He hasn't a clue what he's doing, I think he things Iceland and Greenland are different names for he same thing. That doesn't make him any less dangerous though and if someone points out they're different, he will want them both.

Interesting to see the Icelandic coverage of Trump referring to "Iceland" in his Davos speech (can you call that a speech??). I'm pretty sure he thinks they're different names for the same place. www.ruv.is/english/2026...

NATO was created after WWII to block Russian aggression in Europe.
Every Russian leader in the past 75 years has tried to destroy NATO.
Putin is finally succeeding by making Trump his bitch.
As a bonus Trump is bankrupting America.
Putin is laughing his ass off.

They aren't well equipped for the arctic though and whilst the actual military may still have a lot of competent people, Hegseth may want them to carry out plans that are not sensible or logical.

One problem strategists will have in planning defence against US invasion, is that they need to factor in having a command that is completely incompetent and therefore do something entirely unexpected.

The 1917 Treaty between the US and Denmark confirms Danish sovereignty over Greenland. It also gave Little St. James (aka Epstein Island) to the US. Seems that's another Epstein document they've lost.

There's already a court ruling that the inhabitants of Diego Garcia should be allowed to return, so it seems a good time to kick out the US immigrants.

Trump's claim of no paperwork to show Denmark's sovereignty of Greenland, makes sense as it is in the 1917 Treaty where Denmark handed over islands to the US whilst confirming Greenland was Danish. One of those islands was Little St. James aka Epstein Island. They destroying files that far back! πŸ˜€

As taxes are levied on profits, if the taxes are high for high earners it actually encourages them to invest back into the company rather than take the money for themselves. So that usually results in more jobs.
