You were right! Haven't seen Coco for a few days, she's been extra cautious ever since she got knocked up. In the meantime her summer coat finished coming in but I still recognized her when she came to visit.
Her belly is so big already!

We recently discovered that our 17 yr old has been making wine in his bedroom for the last year and a half.
Taught himself, got his own equipment & did hours of research. He now knows more about fermenting than I do.
Tried his honey mead & it's delicious.

You had it right, it was a sparrow. They do sound a lot like squirrels sometimes. They've been chasing each other around all morning trying to make sparrow behbehs.
But you know the Bluejays are VERY keen to notice when there's peanuts around. And willing to fight for them too.
