Honestly if someone hacked the sign to say FREE DC at slow speeds, everyone would slow down! Someone please suggest this to ddot.

Me on the way there: so Jack, there’s a new sensor that tells you if you’re speeding on your bike with a happy or sad face at Tanner Park because they don’t want cyclists to speed.
Jack: what? they should have one of those for drivers on North Capitol!
