Sampling the Azorean #ivy, #Hedera azorica, sometimes the unique native plant species in vegetation. Similar to H. canariensis in leaves, quite distinct by its stellate multiangular hairs, a feature that shares with its sister-species, the common ivy (Hedera helix)

Looks weird for an ivy. Hedera species aren't that hairy. Are the hairs multicellular with multiple rays, in the picture they look simple (but I can't see it clearly). Also adventitious roots are bit different and branches aren't sarmentose-like. I don't know what is it, but looks weird for an ivy
