Now a guy just came over to me, patted me on the shoulder, and said "breathe in and breathe out" because he saw me taking my meds and I looked stressed out. I'm coming to the library every day.
I asked the librarians if there was a limit on how long I could stay at the library and they said I'm welcome for as long as they're open. The library rules.

For every one person who uses AI as a “thought partner” there will be ten thousand who use it to abdicate thought completely, even (or especially) when it comes to their most important relationships. Why engage with difficult emotions when you and your partner can have bots hash things out?
