Sharing this interesting paper I came across on neurodivergence and eating disorders by neurodivergent authors with lived experience.

A reminder that children with ADHD become adults with ADHD, and autistic children become autistic adults. You can’t grow out of ADHD or autism. If someone is born with a neurodivergent brain, they don’t one-day wake up neurotypical. They will always be neurodivergent.

Let's be clear,

Wellbeing in healthcare is not fluffy stuff.

It's about workload, staffing, systems & culture.

It's about valuing our own needs,
modelling humanity & vulnerability,
Creating spaces where people feel able to be authentic & ask for help.

Wellbeing must be a priority.
