I’m about to board my flight to El Salvador, where I hope to meet with senior government officials to discuss the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

I fasted this week which included not being on social media. I definitely slipped sometimes but I realized that I felt much better not being on the internet all the time. I might limit my scrolling to a few times a day instead of so many breaks throughout the day.
