Another vote for european-alternatives.eu - so far I've dropped a few streaming services, switched iCloud for kDrive, switched gmail for kMail with. For Amazon I've started buying direct wherever possible and I'm already finding it saving a lot of money. For photography I'm using Darktable (free)
