Please people, listen to Jess, they know stuff. Believe me they are very much worth listening to, especially in legal matters.
Seeing a lot of people I frankly thought better of misunderstanding this. It means case by case re. the service provider not the individuals using the service. This is how the Equality Act has worked for years - with providers having to justify exclusion as proportionate.

- 90% of hate crime remains unreported.
- The avg wait for a 1st appointment at an adult GIC is over 20 years.
- We've been under sustained, unjustified media attack for almost 10 years
- The UK Gov actively hates us
