It is these lessons of #redemption that must be internalized and realized to develop personal resilience and an understanding of what it means to be a true leader and teammate, building community, building self, through accountability and personal growth. #AdventWord ⚓

I have strong opinions on Christmas trees. When the options #abound on a farm those opinions are only further reinforced. But, every tree is a good tree. Every tree is a bringer of hope. Every tree is a bringer of light. May your tree bring light and hope this season. ⚓ #AdventWord
