You know, if we had decent transit, on those bad snow days, residents could use the bus for a couple of days and not have to deal with the snow while the city works through the clearing plan. No, you don't get your car keys taken away forever if you take a bus one day. #yqr

If they cared about the environment, they could do bike lanes, but they don't.

When there isn't a sidewalk usually people just walk in the road/street. This will statistically impact pedestrian safety.

It feels like we're only capable of making things worse, never better. It's exhausting.

JavaScript is a nightmare though, so if you’re looking to build web apps I always recommend pairing it with learning a framework. Angular, React, and Vue are some of the big ones. They “hide” a lot of JavaScript’s code eccentricities.
