It’s quite baffling that Trump
is being normalised. He’s a felon with serious criminal charges against him but being President in a western democracy gives him immunity. But we appear to have moved on. Extraordinary.

Quick reminder that NHS staff were treated terribly by the Conservative government for 14 years and kept the NHS going throughout that entire period. They are *definitely* not to blame for problems in the NHS, no matter what the media is saying! 🌟

In general it's very underappreciated what it takes out of staff to care for people and watch them die. I remember one day during the pandemic I almost felt hopeless because the ward I was on was chaos. I won't forget that my whole career
