Which climate scenario will we track?

Even with CO₂ emissions lower than SSP5-8.5, we are tracking and could continue to track above 'the worst case scenario'.

When we continue to decrease aerosols, emit more and more methane and with failing carbon sinks.

The main reason: expensive fossil gas still sets the price 63% of the time in wholesale electricity markets in EU27 & >90% in some countries.
