going reAL far into the past with my favorite works made for the xeno series (so much so that these still have my old signature on it, LOL) . i tried finding pieces from gears, saga and blade for a bit of variety, though i adore them all!

A picture of Melia Antiqua in Xenoblade Chronicles! I believe at the time I wanted her to be in the midst of casting a really cool spell (Burst End I believe?), so it took on magical girl vibes real quick, haha! The background was very difficult at first, but the little dots really do create an interesting texture, don't they? Bart Fatima from Xenogears, eating Sunchips (yes, orginal flavored Sunchips) in the cockpit of his gear. I have a suuuper speedpaint of this made on my old youtube channel! link is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JL_PEHZ9bMA&t=56s A big Xenosaga tribute piece featuring (from left to right) T-elos, Wilhelm, chaos, Mary Magdalene, and Kosmos. The wings were, funnily enough, the easiest part of the entire composition (winks at copy/paste tool). This entire piece was inspired by an armor set Melia can wear in XCB1; in the background are her siblings Kallian and Tyrea, all three of whom I love so much ;-;. And even further out in the distance is Alcamoth, and from that I have to wonder if past me meant for this distance to be symbolic of both Melia's eventual ascension and the daunting nature of the journey toward it.
