i have had multiple dreams now where someone i know says something weirdly out of character to me and i would be like "you would not fucking say that" and then i become lucid and force myself awake out of spite. like i was so offended by what my brain came up with that i quit my dream

i hate having no mom to talk to. i'm emotional and i deserve to have a mom to talk to in my late 20s. fucking god damn it. it's not fair. whenever i get emotional in front of my dad he just awkwardly tries to end the conversation and leaves me to fend for myself. i truly have nobody

i'm on a very small dose right now but i've noticed that it does sort of stop me from being distracted by my own thoughts and zoning out during meetings and such but i still can't ignore external distractions like my phone. i think it's working??
do any artists have experience with adhd medication. like does it make you want to draw more instead of zone out for hours while thinking about drawing

i want to draw consistently so i'm going to try a weekly exercise. it's very simple. the theme is little video game freaks. i need you all to do me a big favor and show me the video game enemy/character/creature that you would most describe as a "little freak" so i can add it to my collection
