I just really wanted to draw something pretty and pink, and Princess Peach seemed perfect for that
a digital artwork that features the character Princess Peach Toadstool from the super Mario franchise She is in an original design that I came up with specifically for her. A Peach blossom dress, with a very soft pastel like color palette.

A friend asked me to draw an 80s princess Zelda but not giving me exact directions is the worst thing you can do, so I (of course) took an idea and ran with it.

Thankfully he liked it so win win

Just a lil guy doing his best to exist
a chibi artwork done in mixed media of my original character named Yarrow Done in pencil and ink, but because I didn't take into consideration the paper, the markers I used really didn't work well on the paper. I noticed the first layer shade I put down in marker really bled out, so I ended up doing a simple flat coloring over the lines and cell shade marker in a digital program

I'm still not sure how art will progress the next few months, but I think it's safe to say expect more traditional art in the last half of the month for a while.

one of the biggest reasons I don't like to change an OC's design is because then all the amazingly pretty art I have commissioned of them will no longer be up to date for when I want to show them off.

It's that time to show my art summary of the year. Probably not as much as previous years but how they turned out looks great! I feel I experimented with different filters and ways to color to make the art pop. Here's to more art!

I think it's safe to say I won't be finishing any more art for the year, so did a summary.

-I drew a lot more than I thought I did
-I started to play with more sharp coloring
-I would have liked to have drawn more backgrounds
-I drew a lot of a certain space lady

a summary of artwork that I have done this year. While I managed to learn some things I liked to use a lot this year, I would have liked to do more full finished artwork. Alas my time was not very forgiving this year, and I got swept up in a lot of side projects for friends as well. Here's to being productive next year!
