Utter fucking disaster. As an official who put in 23 years doing every level but the CFL, this fixes nothing. Nothing was fucking broken. It destroys the game. Turns it into the NFL. Garbage, garbage.

What's impressive is that the CFL has never had inspiring commissioners, but otherwise hasn't had a *bad* commissioner. But hey, congrats on Johnston for now being the shittiest commissioner.
