I’m super proud of our faith family for being true to Christ’s teachings. Our love of our neighbors is clearly frightening the oligarchy.

Since some of us know how the famous poem “First They Came” goes - it shouldn’t be surprising that when the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America stood up for marginalized people’s following Jesus’s example that the oligarchy came for Lutherans right away.
