The awful track record says it all. Plenty of intelligent advice ignored, especially in 13/14 period. Our permanent government probably more guilty

Meanwhile the RED III which requires us to make sure we have enough land to meet our renewable targets sits un-transposed - maybe we should focus on this - whose non-transposition is actually holding up renewable development - rather than fighting non-existing bogey men at the behest of tech bros
