Trump's weirdness doesn't get more outrage, because at this point Trump supporters strip out the audio of whatever Trump is saying and replace it in their heads with what they want to hear, like Homer Simpson watching a movie in his head when he's bored. /1

A couple days ago, in the NY times, there was a very important article about how you know when you are no longer a democracy. Spoiler alert, the tell is that people cannot criticize the government without being targeted. It was a good reference point to help people place... 1

It can never be forgotten that one of the first social media campaigns Russia ran in the US was promoting anti-vax sentiment. Why? For it would cause Americans to die and rip apart our social fabric.

He likes Putin because he heard he was the world's richest man. Same for Elon. Now he is trying to get a position controlling the Catholic faith. Devotion? Vatican assets? Will ponder.

That’s close to the same population as Vegreville. Edmonton has one Vegreville worth of people living on our streets, and the Provincial government’s plans to help (navigation centre, etc) have made no positive difference. Nothing but villainizing people trying to survive. Shameful.

There is A LOT going on in Alberta politics right now.
But this needs to be known.
Data just released this week shows that Edmonton has the highest number of folks experiencing homelessness we’ve ever had.
