Imagine being turned away from a bathroom, hospital, or cinema for “not looking female enough”. The leaked EHRC guidance could do just that. Along with my Lib Dem colleagues, I’ve written to the Minister calling for new, inclusive, practical guidance that protects everyone’s rights.

We've been skimping on the updates! This weekend we canvassed, watched Willie Rennie tackle the Beast Race, attended Dundee Uni Freshers' Fayre, planned, stood on haybales and went doorknocking again!

As I head home today I am reminded that politics doesn’t need to be divisive; nasty, bitter and hatred filled. I’ve had an absolute blast at my first @libdems.org.uk party conference and I say gently to folk who are scunnered with toxic politics, there is an alternative out there. 🤷♂️ come join me!
