I tend to repeat myself occasionally, am prone to exaggeration, and tend to repeat myself occasionally.
I like Jonathan Frakes. If he's voicing a character on "The Mighty Nein", I might give it a g... MING-NA WEN IS A VOICE!?! SOLD!

"Modern war is a paradox. It’s high-tech and deeply human. It’s made of data and dirt, code and courage."

Don't get me wrong, I do really like this show. But I'm no time travel expert, and only have a basic grasp of physics in general.
What I do know, #La_Brea, is that you don't yank a super-high-tech time travel chip out of its protective case and waggle it around with your greasy fingers!

If you could hear the REO Speedwagon playing from the shop behind me, you would know why I prefer to spend my Saturday nights here.

🎶 THEEEERE'S A BATHROOM ON THE RIGHT! 🎵
I was singing “Bohemian Rhapsody” today and when I got to “BISMILLAH WE WILL NOT LET YOU GO” my boyfriend (who is old enough to know better - that’s his actual era) tried to tell me the lyrics were “Miss Miller No!”

And I had to share that with you.

I really didn't want to live through the Dystopian future that so many horror stories warned us about, but here we are.

Nothing you wrote made sense to your parents generation.
If I know anything to be true is this mixed-up world, it's that ape holders can absolutely use multiple slurp juices on a single ape. Any fool knows that. It's as simple as two plus two equals four. An ape holder can use multiple juices on a single ape; this is fact.

In the wake of all these lawsuits bringing chemical companies to account for the PFAS pollution of our environment, it will be interesting to see how much of the settlement money goes into cleaning up the environment, and how much lines the pockets of politicians, corporate bigwigs, and lobbyists.

Idiocracy wasn't a silly, irreverent comedy spoofing dystopian-future movies.
It was prophecy.

40 years on, Canada's stubby beer bottle is recast as a quiet form of protectionism | CBC News
The stubby, a Canadian beer bottle that was once a fixture in fridges from coast to coast, is now being reinterpreted as a subtle form of economic self-defence as trade tensions with the U.S. heat up.

Just had to call 911 because a man on a floaty was floating down the North Saskatchewan and said he couldn’t get to shore. 911 says we’ll send a cruiser to look for him. ma’am you need a BOAT.

Enough with the "quietly" BS.
"Netflix quietly releases this movie"
"Prime quietly releases that series"
I just saw an article that says "Study reveals how wheat roots are quietly engineering their microbiomes"
None of them are doing anything quietly. They're just doing it.

I'm old.
Like, "I can't wait for my BBS to get electronic mail from The Internet" old.
When we were kids we'd say "I used to be disgusted and now I'm just amused", and laugh and laugh.
But lately, with everything that's going on with the world I still say it, but now I just sigh.
