I'm an older disabled USAF veteran with depression, ADHD, and I'm an autistic person. My wife of 12 years died in 2014 and I've been recovering from grief and mourning since. Doing a pretty good job at it lately, too.

While the President acts like a sulking spoiled brat, other leaders take the initiative. California being there makes a lot of sense too given its GDP is larger than most countries. So he's not only taking over, he's going with the ability to apply changes.
