Worse than just not helping, I've repeatedly watched them go out of their way to kneecap and ruin the most promising candidates. It often seems like they're more willing to spend money to hurt candidates than help them.

Im worried im bad at noticing tbh. I haven't seen obvious ones at least. But I could just be failing to see them if they're more nuanced now. I don't think anyone I follow has used ai on purpose though, outside of trying to teach people how to spot it. Kinda have to use examples in that case.
