Montana already has an initiative on their 2026 ballot. Other states could easily follow.

Today, after months of requests, I toured the Broadview ICE Processing Facility. I want to share what I saw.
The facility has no food vendor, no medical care, and detainees have to use toilets in the middle of shared cells. These are in no way suitable conditions to be holding anyone — period.

I had never heard of the Tulsa race riots growing up in California. Now, because individuals who survived told their stories, we are painfully aware. I am thankful they did. Sadly, no reparations were ever received.
