It's probably a sad thing to note that I seem to need constant background (light-hearted podcasts and TV shows) any time I'm doing mundane tasks, just to stop anxious thoughts/overthinking. Sometimes not sure if I'm blocking unhelpful thoughts patterns or sticking my head in the sand.

Cooked breakfast plus a latte for less than a tenner. Complete Deadwood (minus the movie) on blu for £11. So far so good, Sunday :-) *latte arriving in a tall glass and chef looking miserable as they delivered my plate all somehow adding to the good atmosphere
