You know who started the original war on Christmas?

A group of colonizing, English fanatical Christians called Puritans

They condemned the holiday as "pagan", "unbiblical", and having all the "trappings of Roman Popery" (Puritans hated the Catholics). They outlawed Christmas in their domains.

I'm pretty sure marriage predates even religion itself.

Early civilizations had marriages to have legitimate heirs.

Not sure it's that much of a problem in polyamory groups.

But then again, as an aro ace, what would I know?

If it's consensual and between grown ups of legal age and over, then why not? Do want makes you happy. Just don't be culty about it.

Marriage has been redefined for centuries. From political or familial alliances to people in love.

Just be careful with any nasty divorce. Divorce is messy AF.

Her diplomacy, patronage to the arts, charity, and architect skills were her greatest impact in Neony's history.

The gender shifting is based on several myths, one fairy tale, and above all, Princess Ozma from the Oz Books (one can argue that she's the earliest trans character in children's literature, as she was turn into a boy and then back into a girl).

For example, one of my characters is a warrior woman who through divine magic, changes into a man and slays a hellhound (twisting a prophesy that a man in her family can kill him, so he had all the men in her family slaughtered).

You know the funny thing? If Westeros is our American Middle-earth, then I think I'm guilty.

Cause I plan to write about an other world that's similar and influenced by Narnia. Only less preaching, more equality and even some queer rep.

They become more than just her companions and team.

The trio become her substitute family. And Bethany can't imagine her life without them, even at the end of her story and she's 112 years old, they still live with each other.
