keep having to look back at ch1 of my comic to remember how to draw him so i put together some references for myself #oc #art
reference sheet for a giant, raptor-like rooster with vibrant orange, red, black, and blue plumage, and a saddle on his back. his wings have three digits, and there is a rough sketch of the bone structure inside them beside him, and a reference for his wing plumage underneath. a text note reads "'hands' face in towards the body" 3 sketches of the wings. one sketch is bald of feathers, clearly showing the 3 moveable digits and a third chunkier "digit" with text that says 'bones fused in the last 'two' digits, inflexible". An Evangelion fanart illustration of Eva Unit 01's head forming as the AT field out of the core. Within the core is Adam staring out. The Eva head is riddled with holes that show the repeating AT Field Pattern, and from the chasms myriad eyes and red veins are clustered. The red veins reach out of the head itself to form the leaf veins of a giant red fig leaf, with the Eva head at it's center. The title, 'And The Eyes Of Them Both' comes from the verse: "And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked, and they sewed fig leaves together, and made for themselves aprons." Genesis 3:7
