I had to look up what a bollard is & then I winced immediately lol Relatable though, I accidentally held up traffic watching a flicker on a pole but the cars were too polite to honk. They remind me of trout or arctic char, they have such distracting plumage! An entire october sunset in one bird.

I didn’t even know being anti-printers was a thing. Wait until people find out how much I loved fax machines. If I could roll back to the landline letter mail home printer fax machine times with 2025 technology I would be happy af.

I saw two flickers up on the river & they were beautiful, just poofing their feathers in a sunbeam. Precious. But I don’t know how to take pictures through binoculars & I can’t carry my camera tromping around it’s too heavy. I just want to live my best bird nerd life & show you the flickers!

I love my printer so much. So many zines, recipe cards, business cards, combination recipe & business cards, menus, birthwork booklets, phenology & rematriation workbooks 🥰 But two separate people recently were like you have a printer IN your house? why so boomer? 🙂↔️ nope wrong, printer cool.

lol! my a1c was ok before but obviously now it's so low I can levitate crunchberries with my mind. We would be unstoppable if people would stop making us pay for these drugs I swear. It seems like there are new off-label uses coming out about GLP1s as it's studied more. Maybe that's good for us too.

And the way people talk about these drugs & weight loss is so full of misogyny. I have a rare connective tissue disease & use these meds off label. I have lost zero pounds, which is rude but not as rude as this state making us pay 7 gazillion dollars just to live.
