Military courts convicting civilians can never be lawful and justified. Govt. should not refrain from conducting trials in civil courts if it really possess credible evidence of crimes against those held in military custody. What the Govt. is doing is nothing but validating authoritarian regime.

It all started with their job of defending geographic boundaries. Then they added ideological boundaries, and now this digital boundary nonsense. The whole geo-economics nonsense is also part of it. They will do everything except the job they are actually paid to do.
