Yup, I was in line for about 10 minutes and it went extremely smoothly. Very pleasantly surprised, I expected it to either sell out instantly or just crash the site.

Sage is on the bottom of the stack (that was the first step of casting it), then Wurm is on top of that since it was cast during the process. Then the Sage's triggered ability is on top of that.

The triggered ability resolves first, then the Sage spell-copy, then the Wurm, then the original Sage.

Yes, you do. "When you cast this spell" abilities trigger immediately after all steps of casting the spell have happened (601.2i), and by this point you've already cast another spell (since you cast the Wurm during the "activate mana abilities" step of casting the Sage) so the intervening-if is met.
